Garden Flower Plate / Handmade / Housewares / Outdoor / Garden Décor / Yard Art
Garden flower plates make beautiful additions to any garden or to flower pot gardens. Most plate flowers are one of a kind. This being a recycle project of mine, my flowers are made by using "gentle used" plates and cut glass pieces, and some pieces may have slight wear marks. I try to add cut glass plates and other glass pieces, to each flower, that makes them natural sun catchers and they really sparkle when the sun hits them.
I use weather proof/water proof silicone adhesive to attach the plates/pieces together. I attach a capped 1/2" pvc pipe to the back, to use as a stake holder.
As for the stake, you will need to purchase separately, at your local hardware store. Cost of rebar depends on size/length, so usually $2 to $4. In my personal garden, as a stake, I use 3/8" x 2' or 1/2" x 4' rebar.

Welcome! I love creating art for the garden. I do this by recycling found objects and piecing them together to form garden art sculptures. I also love to knit and will have a shop section for my hand knit scarves.
